Do not rent with them they are thirsty for money and never wana repair anything. I lived at a unit rented by these people and it was horrible. Gurrmo violated my rights as a tenant, I had suffer trauma and loss living a unit with this company. They never fix anything I’m currently taking them to court for my baby having lead and them not wanting to fix anything. I have evidence and a good laywer there’s way more to the story. It’s very sad they loose out on good tenants. Do not rent with this company u will be disappointed
My four boys and I and the babies of four are constantly being sick because we’ve been living in mold for 3 years and no one hast pushed the issue and my babies keep getting sick the have asthma on breathing medicine I need more help please
I went to the office, as a vendor looking to bid on work and they gave me nothing but attitude. Very ignorant, rude and overall unprofessional. Stay clear of them if you can. I will be reaching out to CHA about how they were completely unorganized and again VERY unprofessional while conducting a walkthrough for potential work ** wish I can put negative 5 stars
