CHA / section 8 building on Paulina. (5323) People think nobody wants to live near section 8 / housing because of the people. Sometimes that's true . Often it's because they are poorly maintained. Their sidewalks are sheets of ice. Why the city doesn't have the people walking around ticketing the homeowner while they ticket cars illegally parked is beyond me.
