The BEST hands down! I learned and grew so much in my first hour with Celia, I received invaluable insights into how past traumas have shaped my life and relationships and how therapy heals 7 generations before me and 7 generations after… that was an eye opener for me! We also discussed the tools to break these cycles, fostering a sense of empowerment and hope for the future, I am truly grateful for the compassionate guidance 🙏🏽❤️
