I switched to Mana Springs because I hoped to receive medication management and therapy through the same practice. Unfortunately, my experience involved repeated communication problems, missed appointments, conflicting information, and ultimately the cancellation of my future appointments after I repeatedly tried to obtain a medication that had already been prescribed. Because I came here, I did get the help I needed, and for that I am extremely grateful. Brian Rooney was personable and he seemed invested in his position and helping me. But the two times I came in office and the times that I have had to call requesting refills for my meds I was left feeling very distressed. I invalidated my own feelings, because I was getting the help I needed. I think there could very easily been a lack of communication on my part, not asking enough questions about the continuation of my care. But, their ... read more
