I went to get a covid test, on the phone she told me they would just charge a rapid test to my insurance. They also charged me 115 dollars for a office visit plus the covid test. So far my insurance denied to pay. I will be talking to a lawyer if this doesnt get taken care of. I cant afford anything right now and i got the test so i could go back to work. This is robbery in my opinion. I called and she said, sorry they didnt tell you we will make sure we do from now on. That doesnt do me any good.
