Two service calls requested for a Miele product. Both times the service guy cancelled. Currently they are not able to confirm any date. This company does not quite respect or understand that the time I take off work to wait for them to come is equivalent to real money wasted down the toilet. Their office does not pick up the phone. Their tech sends me a text but does not answer back. Really bad service. Not to the standard that I woulld expect for MIele service. I'm surprised Miele contracts out the work to them.
I had a nightmare of an experience with this company. they took a deposit and never gave me the service that i paid for. Never using this company again
