We had a wonderful experience at Mann o Salwa today. Although we arrived later than their 11:30 mark without calling ahead, they served us fresh and fluffy poooris with delicious Cholay and halwa. We also ordered qeema naan, those were also tasty. Chai was also very good. Extremely welcoming and forthcoming customer service.

Food was excellent, the service wasnt. Started out OK, a little bit of a language barrier, but we figured it out. Then, no follow up- I had to interrupt a phone call to pay (a call that had been going for about 10 min). Took a couple tries, and the man was quite dismissive when I tried to thank him. He interrupted me mid-sentence to get back to his phone call. I noticed the 2 men who went to get help were both treated with respect, which was interesting (I am female). I placed an order for pick up and saw Jalebis there. I asked them if they were fresh and he said they were 2-3 days old but way fresh than other big brands. I asked if i could try a tiny piece from the open tray he had jalebis on. He straight up said no and told me they have full confidence in their products and their jalebis are so good.
