We’ve had such a wonderful experience at this dental clinic! The front desk staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming, which makes every visit so easy and comfortable. The doctors are highly professional, patient, and truly take the time to provide excellent care. I recently visited this dental office on June 22, and it was an absolutely terrible experience. The wait time was unbearable! I had an appointment, yet I sat in the waiting room for over an hour with no updates or apologies. When I finally got in, the staff seemed rushed and disorganized, which only added to my frustration. My son’s handwriting may not have been easy to read, and we were happy to rewrite the form. The issue was not the request itself, but the disrespectful manner in which it was communicated. The front desk staff commented that his handwriting was “ugly” instead of politely asking for a clearer copy. Such comments are unnecessary and unprofessional. Patients should never feel embarrassed or belittled when visiting a healthcare office. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves staff communication.

I had an appointment scheduled earlier in the afternoon, but the clinic ran significantly behind schedule, causing patients to wait for a very long time. There was little communication or explanation during the delay, which felt very disrespectful to patients’ time. Because I had other commitments afterward, I informed the nurse that I would need to leave soon.
