I had an appointment, yet I sat in the waiting room for over an hour with no updates or apologies. When I finally got in, the staff seemed rushed and disorganized, which only added to my frustration. My son’s handwriting may not have been easy to read, and we were happy to rewrite the form. The issue was not the request itself, but the disrespectful manner in which it was communicated. The front desk staff commented that his handwriting was “ugly” instead of politely asking for a clearer copy. Such comments are unnecessary and unprofessional. Patients should never feel embarrassed or belittled when visiting a healthcare office. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves staff communication.
