Often a solid spot. I had an appointment and they were behind, no big deal shi- happens. 20 minutes after the start time I checked to ask the ETA and Dan was still with someone and I wanted to know if I should reschedule. I mentioned I needed to know the time so I could get my kids from school on time. He made me feel like a piece of crap in a crowded shop for not allowing for more time, felt as though I was in the wrong for not scheduling for more time despite giving a 45 minute buffer. I’ve always been pretty particular about having a quality haircut, especially with my time in the military. A nearby location I stayed with for years fell off as the best one there left.
