I am a 18 year old girl I have never took time outta my day to leave a negative review however I've been here 2x before both times I set an appointment and when I got there they took me abt an hr later both times. I had a very good experience here. I wanted to get tiny cornrows. Called last minute and they squeezed me in.The lady who did my hair was attentive and constantly asking if the braids were too tight, I didn't feel a thing. She did a great job and I have been getting a lot of compliments so far. It is kinda pricey here but the people are nice, bathroom is clean. Loved it and will be back.
The instructions that were given were not followed. I told Fatima I didn’t want it too long, I didn’t want someone I could not communicate with and I did not want someone who was in training. Fatima started pre-braiding my hair with cornrows telling me it’s faster if they add cornrows first and then take it out and do box braids. This is completely out of control.
