i requested medium box braids proceeds to give me small box braids . dropped a piece of hair , stepped on it , and continued to use that contaminated piece of hair for my braids . did not make my part straight. asked me if i wanted edges out , didn’t leave no edges out whatsoever
I had 2 prior experiences that were good at this place. But after the experience I had here 3 weeks ago, I would not recommend this place. Someone getting her hair done, claiming she is an employee (as if that excused her behavior) spoke to me in a disparaging way simply because I was asking questions to get clarity on my service. A paying customer has the right to ask questions and I wasn't even speaking to her! The owner did nothing to intervene and neither did the other employees. So I walked out after I told her off. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE DO NOT COME HERE My mother came here original for twisting Wednesday. After buying the hair prior to her appointment, she called and asked how much for shoulder length twist. At first they cited her $180. However after she came and they finished they asked for $250 (Mind you she’s brought her own hair and the hair style itself wasn’t long).
