If I could give 0 stars then I would, this is the most hopeless medical centre ever and the doctors are outdated, rude customer service etc. There’s a doctor named Kya and Dr. Li who are particularly bad. Dr.Kya has forgotten his medical training a long time ago, I was seeing him for at least 10 years, he’s still paranoid in signing driving forms and he never did, told my epileptic relative to stop taking her antiseizure meds as it can cause heart issues (even though he is not supposed to as she already has a specialist), ra... read more
Don’t make appointments they will end up picking who they think should go before you and also it’s not the first time this has happen I’ve sat and came 30 minutes before my appointments and then see people just walking in and get seen before you do, each appointment I’ve waited 1 hour and 20-30 minutes Best to find a different doctor Even results they still make you come in and wait and book and appointment best to do a walk in I was told to see my GP and still waiting more this 1 hour and 30minutes and I always make and app... read more
been a few times both as a walk in appointment and when booking an appointment. the place is nice clean lots of light and isnt cramped. the staff is very friendly and welcoming there to help with any questions. the doctors are very professional and to the point.
