Doctor was very rude to me. Did no examination, asked a couple of questions about food, and made me feel like my problem was all in my head. Saw another doctor and discovered the problem just by talking to me like a person.
As others have stated, the nurse in this office is incapable of performing her duties effectively and takes an excessively long time to respond to any requests.
His office staff and nurse were horrible to work with. We just needed to transfer from a pediatric GI doc to an adult. They were rude on the phone and took months to respond to a referral. Its took weeks for them to return our call and then just complained about their amount of work and then said we needed to wait even longer for his referral to get processed and then appts were many months out. I have been trying to get a hold of them for over a month now and they finally called about 2 weeks ago and said they are waiting on Dr. Razza to look at the notes to see what kind of appointment I need! I got a referral form my Physcian for another doctor.
