Great customer service!! Really prompt replies and no hassling calls to sign up when I was making enquires. Everything from sign up to departure was simple and easy. The unit itself was clean & free of pests. My unit was at the Caloundra facility. While I could not see any moisture damage in the units, I did pop my own moisture absorbers into all of my boxes to ensure my things didn't become mouldy. I only changed them once in 6 months. I would highly recommend Mammoth and will definitely use again in the future.
A really convenient solution to storage. After renting 2 storage units for around 3 years and never missing a payment ( $400 per month !!) my credit card changed and I updated the details but missed a payment by one day they sent a rather rude email saying that my storage unit was now overlocked. Could they not have made a phone call instead ???? Clearly a wrong protocol. Fix it …. Customer loyalty and courtesy is key.
I’ve used this storage facility for 15 months and have had an excellent experience throughout. The units are clean, modern, and easy to access, with well‑maintained onsite toilets. The team is responsive and timely, always easy to deal with, and quick to update me about any issues, public holiday office closures, or onsite maintenance. Nothing has ever been a hassle. Highly recommend.
