Great customer service to arrange my storage. Really easy and affordable and was able to cancel when I needed. Really impressed.
Got robbed here. The unit alarm did nothing, and notified no one. I arrived at 9am to find my unit robbed and called the facility. They hadn’t notified me or the police as they didn’t know about it because no one was working. Took 4 days for the company to get cctv footage to the police. Multiple units broken into. The facility also got robbed again the following night. The alarm system doesn’t notify the unit holder or the police when triggered. Worst experience ever.
