Mammoth Springs is an amazing community. We have everything you need in one spot; coffee, gym, golf, trails, fishing and swimming! Not to mention Tammy Auclair in the lease office. She is always a pleasure to talk to. Any time I’ve had a question or a need she takes care of it right away. I make sure I stop by just to say hi and see her smile! Happy holidays!!!
I've dealt with Tammy A from the start and all she has ever done is be amazing from the tour through now. She takes the time to listen and actually cares about the people that rent from her. Heat acting kooky? I had someone there later that night. Garbage disposal acting up? Replaced the next day. Issue with hallway? Carpet cleaned within a month. Mammoth Springs was my dream apartments and I feel so blessed to be able to now call this place home! My boyfriend and I moved in just under a year ago and we have never once regretted our decision. We love everything about our one bedroom townhome: the attached garage, the pool, the Bugline Trail, and our cat is a big fan of our street view. From the very beginning as I began touring available apartments, Tammy has always been wonderful to work with. She is very friendly, supportive, attentive, kind and helpful. Moved here 2+ years ago while searching for the "last" home. Really like living in the townhomes. The neighbors are friendly and great. I love walking along the Bugline Trail and we definitely frequent all the local eateries. If I have an issue with the rental, it is quickly fixed. Love working with Tammy A in the office. She toured us when we first got here and she's always available for questions! When the snow comes and I can't go walking, I definitely get my steps in at the fitness center.
