Before I get into this, I would like everyone to know that I do not write reviews…. So it really takes a lot. I've been living here for almost 2 years, the property is super nice, very well maintained. Noise level is considerably low, with all of the tenants in the building. Can experience the typical "noisy neighbor" but it's pretty easy to drown out. Main hallways and entrances are cleaned weekly and it always looks so nice! Management is amazing and very sweet, and pretty quick with responding! Snow removal is pretty quick, just depends when residents decide to move their cars out of the way so they can do their job.
