The owner of this establishment is one of the most unprofessional incompetent individuals I have ever encountered. He was aggressively demanding we leave after refusing to refund our second game, we were told their policy is no refunds. THIS WAS NOT EXPLAINED AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. the blonde woman giving out the shoes was absolutely horrible and condescending.
