My upstairs bath has a broken pipe. Leaked water all the way to the basement. Flooded my coat floater , half bath, and foyer area. I called for service of remediation and within the hour Robert and brandy showed up at my home. Will Matthews and his team at Insurcomm were beyond excellent regarding the repairs for our condo. Will especially wanted to provide the absolute best service...and he accomplished that with the highest quality of expertise for the job! He always gave us an clear idea of how/when the work would be done. Then, organized the project so we wouldn't be the least inconvenienced. We couldn't be happier with the entire experience and certainly would recommend Will and the company to all our family, friends and neighbors.
Jay and the TheraClean team were amazing. We had a major flood in our home where my 84 year old mother lives. His team was empathetic and responsive, providing excellent communications every day (under stressful circumstances) with our family as needed and with our insurance adjusters. They did everything they could to aggressively dry the home to allow her to return as soon as possible. I would recommend TheraClean to anyone in need of professional, thorough drying/cleaning!
