We had the unfortunate experience of a water leak caused by a faulty dishwasher. The leak was slow and not detected until it had seeped under the engineered wood floors. Our insurance company (NJM) was wonderful responding to our call and sent out a team from TheraClean to remediate the water damage and prevent mold. Aoife and Michael provided expert care to prevent further damage and mold, and were very knowledgeable in all areas from home components to working with insurance. Thank goodness for TheraClean Restoration! My sewer line developed 2 cracks in it. My basement was overcome with nasty water. We reached out to TheraClean, they were here within a few hours. I called on a Sunday and they came out fairly quick. They were professional, knowledgeable, and explained the process and how long it would take. They walked us through the process. A couple days later the basement was dry, and everything that was non-salvagable was removed. Everything that was salvageable was repacked and stored neatly. Job well done!

I can’t recommend Steve and Thera Clean enough! I work for a large national builder and have used them many times with excellent experiences. When I recently experienced a flood in my own home, I didn’t hesitate to call Steve. Aoife and her crew did a fantastic job of cleaning up all the water and mold damage in my home. Their attention to detail is top notch. Don’t bother calling anybody else, just call Thera Clean!
