My hot water tank malfunctioned and flooded my house. As soon as it happened I contacted my insurance company who in turn contacted Insurcomm Restoration Group. The Project Manager, Antonio Oleaga, and his staff responded immediately. They were knowledgeable, professional and extremely hard working. I am so grateful to have had them assisting me during this very stressful event.

Ryan Ayer’s and the team were very professional . Their hard work showed as the job was finished in timely manner . They treated our home like their own. The clean up was awesome, very thorough. I would highly recommend Insurcomm Group for any restoration .

Eric Moyer was wonderful! He took his time, covered all of our items for protection and explained the process throughly. He checked the attic and treated all necessary areas for mold due to a roof leak. Thanks Eric!!

Jay was extremely helpful throughout the whole process of my insurance claim. He was very responsive, even on weekends or when he was on vacation; I felt like he truly cared about my home and my family’s situation. If the rest of the company is at his caliber of professional and service then I highly recommend using them.
