We rarely write reviews, but felt compelled after the phenomenal job the was done on Memorial Day & again today (5/2) by Insurcomm Restoration Company. Our insurance company recommended Insurcomm Restoration Company to do the clean-up. We were fortunate to be assigned Robert Farr, Project Manager, for our job. Outstanding company with exceptional customer service. Ryan was organized and professional- he took time to explain the process of drying out the water-damaged areas of my home. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I was especially pleased to see how clean my house was left. I look forward to continuing the remodeling work with Insurecom!

The team that was sent was amazing! I was paralyzed by what to do first. Aoife, Eric, Christian and Jaquan were amazing. They were here quickly, removed all the carpet, furniture, sheetrock and everything else that was damaged. They were very diligent in identifying areas that were damaged by water and removed all traces of water so mold didn’t have a chance to grow. i am very sensitive because of allergies and no issues! So thankful i have an amazing insurance company (NJM) that trusts Insurcomm to get the job done!!

Great service, great team! Aoefi, Eric, and Christian were all wonderful. Found out I had a water leak, called my insurance company, and they came out the same night (around 9pm) to check it out. Came back first thing the next day to get to work. Told me what they were doing throughout the whole process. Great people! Professional and personable. I'm so happy with their service!

The mitigation work provided by Aoife’s team - Craig and Christian was exceptional. They thoroughly explained the process and reason for next steps. They were professional and provided laughter considering their circumstances in being in my home. They paid very close attention to detail with the flooring and baseboards removal and ensured no damages to my property and furnishings while doing so. I recommend this company and crew for your mitigation needs.
