Do a better job of cleaning them before you check in! Also, lower the prices!
I worked at Mammoth Mountain Chalets in the winter of 2015/2016. I can say that they treated employees with respect and cared to the utmost about the experience of their guests. Would recommend to friends and family.
I have enjoyed the Mammoth Mountain Chalets twice in 2016 and can't wait to go back again. I am a regular traveler to Mammoth lakes and Chalets by far is the one my top 5 favorites.
We had a fabulous family time in one of your chalets. Amenities were great, chalet had everything one needed; comfortable and warm and as for the snow. ..best season in years! Would highly recommend, maybe a towel offer of change would be good as we were there for 6 nights and offer of transportation to and from airport as we had no car...traveling from Australia but all in all very enjoyable
If you're looking for a private and beautiful place to hang out in Mammoth, this is it! Beautiful chalet #22 isspacious, and comfortably furnished with great decorations and full kitchen. The master bedroom on the top floor had a king bed, bath and balcony. 2nd bedroom is a queen, and 3 room with bunk beds. Great for families. The manager of the Chalets couldn't be nicer and was very helpful with any questions we had. Highly recommend!
Chalet #7 is Great!!!!!! New King Bed in the Master. Great views. Nice kitchen and more!!!! I always stay in Chalet # 7. :)
Great place to stay! We love staying at the chalets, because of the location to the mountain, but they are old and need maintenance or a major remodel. Great spot to be if your with the family and another. You can split the cost. Bring your own food and have a nice getaway for a few days with perfect access to the mountain.
