I've been leasing here for going on 2 years now. I've been happy with the management and the apartment. It's close to my work and rent is beyond reasonable.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mammoth at The Orchard, and I can't recommend it enough! The team here is incredibly helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. The property itself is beautiful—well-maintained and spacious. The location is fantastic, nestled in a nice area with easy access to everything you need, whether it's shopping, dining, or outdoor activities. I’ve lived in some rough apartments and these definitely take the cake by far for the pricing compared to the environment. Though recently remodeled it was done poorly and cheap. In the months that I’ve lived here my shower curtain fell within my first day of living due to being installed haphazardly along with creaking floors that are also unlevel.
