Last year, I scheduled a tour online, called the office to confirm it, and even went to the office in person. No one answered my calls or opened the door. I decided to give them another chance this year and scheduled a tour for this past Friday at 1 PM. I called beforehand and was told the tour was confirmed. She did mention that she wasn’t sure whether the office would be open because of Labor Day weekend, but I was never contacted to let me know that the office would be closed. Wonderful place! I suggested a few new people who were looking for apartments in the area and they loved it! Kourtney is wonderful manager as well, she really cares for her residents!
I've had a wonderful experience at Mammoth at the Orchard. The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and has a peaceful atmosphere. The apartments are modern and spacious, and the amenities are excellent. The management team is friendly, professional, and always quick to help whenever needed. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and everything Rogers has to offer. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable place to call home.
