The ladies running this department are absolutely incredible. Their attention to detail is on a level I could have NEVER IMAGINED!
BEWARE with the 1004 W32nd St location. There’s no assessment of patients info before appointments, resulting in patients not getting the care they need and having them come back days later… Are there communication ambassadors between this office and other internal Seton offices? Uhm… maybe there should be. This is unacceptable, get your act together, do your job.
Appointment was canceled without the courtesy of a call or DM. In fact, last message confirmed appointment and asked for preregistration. My wife is disabled and each trip causes a great deal of time and pain. Staff is blase. Can’t trust the op when they blow the most basics.
