Went in today for lunch. My husbands food had 2 hairs in it. Not a big deal, but the rest of us lost our appetite. My son was enjoying his food so we sat with him. Never have I felt so uncomfortable! We were avoided the rest of his meal. Then when he ordered his icecream he wanted vanilla with no chocolate sauce...he got vanilla with chocolate sauce. Hair gets in food all the time, again, not a big deal, but when the table decides they lost their appetite NO need to make them feel bad for saying anything.
Went there today for lunch. I have always recommend this place to everyone. Not anymore. We received our food and had only taken a bite when my son noticed 2 hairs in his Alfredo sauce. We called the waitress over and tried to make light of it because this happens sometime, however we were unable to continue eating . ( except for our grandson) anyways we were made to feel so uncomfortable . Best Italian food in town.. Great service, Not to expensive. Parking is a little tough. But it's worth it.

This was by far the best Italian food I have had. It was a "very lucky" fluke that I found this restaurant while visiting Spokane this last week. From now on it will be a must to visit the restaurant every time I'm in town. It is my recommendation to branch out and bring your restaurant to the Tri-Cities area so I can enjoy your wonderful food all the time. Thank you for the wonderful service and food. The Slagle family
Seriously THEE BEST Italian I've ever had! I'm ashamed I almost went to a lesser "restaurant". So amazing that you make other places look like fast food dives! I wish I had more people from out of town to show you off! So refreshing from the norm. You had my heart at tablecloths and my soul with the rigatoni! ♡ ♡ Thank yoooooooooou! !!!
