I had the best griiled scallops of my life there!! the food was amazing and the srevers were very nice.
I went there with my wife and 2 friends. Walked in to a smiling face. The decor in there is very nice. The restaurant is beatiful overing looking the river even in the winter. Plus the fire place adds a nice touch. They have a very nice wine selection. For an appitizer we all shared a crab stuffed mushroom it was so good we all used are bread to soak up all the sauce from the plate. Had dinner last night (2/2/13). Got there at 6...restaurant was bare. Started with 1 waiter and ended with another...little weird. Food was fair. Oddest think was being charged for the ice in my drink...way weird.
So finally something went in that beautiful building. I went to fortesa's while it occupied that space. It really in a nice set up. It's a shame no one really knows its there. Mamma Mia's just opened, so being a big fan of Italian food my girlfriend and I tried it out. The space looked much better than Fortesa's, which was very dark and gloomy.
