Was very fair with the home appraisal, timely punctional, was very communicative. Had zero issues with him. Had a home to purchase that still had issues with it. They were fixed and he was ontop of getting it reinspected. To be able to close on the home within our time frame thank you.

Was in our home for less than five minutes… took quick and useless photos that did not prove any new value to the home. Did not include any of our updates in his appraisal… we have a new roof, new furnace, new water heater, new radon system… new paint, molding, all new flooring, all new lighting, removed wood paneling… gained a large chunk of usable property by filling in a large pond… and he didn’t include ANY of that.
