One star is honestly too generous for Prescott Companies. As a member of the Board of Directors for our community, I can confidently say that our experience with Prescott since 2018 has been nothing short of a nightmare. Where do I even begin? We are former condominium owners at Stone Creek, Alden Bridge, The Woodlands. Texas. The HOA for the community is PMG with PMG contacts being Penny Prothro and Wendy Chaires. We sold our unit on 25-August-2023. Despite no longer being property owners, PMG withdrew the HOA fee from our checking account approximately 5-Sep-2023. The refund amount is not in dispute. I rate one star but would rate (-20) If I could. The should be helping the community instead adding obstacle for your project! --Applications not treated in a timely matter -Instead of pick up the phone and help... they preferred wait an other month to push for permits. I've been waiting for Principal Management Group of North Texas to post and refund a payment that was made electronically through my bank that they say they never received....from JANUARY! My bank has provided all the information they've requested documenting the payment was made, received, credited, etc...going back to March. They've, ignored, re-routed and continue to ignore the information. It's beyond human understanding at this point...so I'm heading to an attorney. Their employees are acting as swindlers. In particular, Ivana Kojic. Conspiring between an administrator and a resident which also a strata council, against other residents. Ivana gave me the impression of a corrupt and vicious person, aggressive, who has no sympathy whatsoever. She is unreliable since she has no problem believing someone's accusations, even if there is no justification or evidence to support it.
