Mamco Property management is horrible the fees are outrageous the property looks like something from a horror movie. Everything is always broken or mismanaged. The HOA fees are higher than other properties in the area that offer a lot more for less. This company needs to be audited.
I worked for mamco years ago. I was more than happy to leave. The front office is terrible. Their made up of the managers who fail at their job. So rather than laying them off they give them an office job. As time goes by what do you think happens? They also brag about the maintenance department. All they do is hang out at McDonald's and go from office to office an shoot the bull.
