The worst service ever. We were loyal customers because we enjoyed the food and the atmosphere, but every time we went, there was an issue with the service and tonight was the last time. We couldn't give this place another chance. First time, the server was inattentive to the point of rudeness. She clearly wasn't qualified to do the job. Dull and discourteous. Second time, we were sat by the hostess; we waited for over 10 minutes and nobody would take care of us. When our waitress came she didn't even apologize for being lat... read more

Past that no compasion. If you have a serious food issue do not go there. Hope they close before they hurt someone worse than I.

Flights to Europe, now departing from Norcross – Mambo Italiano has the best pizza (outside Europe and NY)! The way they make their pizza is so authentic that I was just blown away! That's exactly what I had when I toured the Mediteranean. They use the best sausage, not just some ground up piece like a Pappa John or Pizza Hut pizza. The desserts are to die for!! There's the Million Dollar Cake, the Key Lime Pie, the Death By Chocolate; so many good ones it's hard to pick a favorite. If you've been to Mediteranean Europe and ... read more

Excellent pizza – Recently ate dinner at the Sandy Springs location and was pleasantly surprised. Service was prompt and attentive. Atmosphere is nice for a cozy date-night. The menu has a nice selection of pasta and pizza....we had the individual size pizza and I must say the crust was excellent! Thin, crispy crust with a few air "bubbles" thrown in there. Ingredients were high quality and it had a nice flavor. I believe they are baked in a wood fire oven, so the crust has a nice "smokey" taste. If you're looking for a grea... read more

Mambo's worth going back to – I've eaten at their new Sandy Springs location and would definitely go back. They have daily specials that I have yet to be disappointed with. The fried ravioli appetizer is a winner. Not quite a fan of the pizza, but everything else has been good.

Order papa johns – My husband and I went to try their new location in Sandy Springs this weekend. The menu looked good and we thought a nice little pizza spot would be a no brainer. Service was attentive and helpful with our questions, but the food was just poor. The server advised us that pizzas were too big to eat alone but not quite big enough to share without something else, which was dead on. We both had caesar salads which had no flavor at all and no croutons. My husband had a bowl of minestrone, which was the highligh... read more

Rude employees – I have eaten there twice and the food is alright, though nothing special. The pizza has a lot crust and very little topping, but the worst part was the unfriendly hostess who looked sloppy and had a bad attitude. She was so rude I almost walked out instead of sitting down where she seated us. The waitress charged us twice for the appetizer and couldn't get it off our bill. We sat patiently waiting for her to ask all of her co workers how to fix it and no one would help her. It took 30 minutes for her to come... read more
