I would not recommend Mamaya Health. In our experience, there was a lack of transparency, professionalism, and respect for both parents’ roles in a child’s care. Important information was withheld, communication was one-sided, and concerns raised by the father were not given the consideration they deserved. Mamaya Health is quick to get you seen and heard by the professional that fits your liking. Open to working with whatever coverage you have. Wonderful customer response time and a great fit as I begin my journey in therapy.
Amy Green should seriously consider getting out of the mental health business for the safety and wellbeing of her clients. Absolutely awful, traumatizing service with the worst customer service I’ve ever met. All I have to do is forward an email I received from Amy, and all of a sudden, the entire practice gets banned for referrals and partnerships from multiple mental health clinics across Tennessee.
