I’ve had multiple sessions with different people and all have been life changing. They have helped me with postpartum depression and anxiety. They helped me with basic day to day anxieties and stressors and helped me learn core skills to cope with them in real time. Currently, I am getting help with medication for all of the emotional bleed through. They listen and are always great support. I’ve never left feeling anything other than secure and heard.
Ally @ Mamaya has been the perfect fit for me. I've never had a therapist before who was so responsive not just to my general needs, but also attuned to (and asks about) *how* I want my therapy to go and what approach I respond to best. I started with her for a very specific time-sensitive issue, but we've also branched out to my overall mental/emotional health and what's affecting it, and I genuinely feel that I'm becoming better equipped to face what life brings me.

Incredible. Kirstie Caiza is a phenomenal therapist, so helpful in forming healthy thought patterns and preventing cognitive distortions! I would highly recommend, even if you just want to be the healthiest version of yourself.
