Preparing for and giving birth during a pandemic was definitely not what we anticipated when finding out we were pregnant with our first child, then going through the first and second trimesters. However once in the third trimester, and after our natural birthing classes were all cancelled due to Covid, I felt very fortunate that I was able to turn to a good friend and wonderful instructor for advice and some training! Courtney is patient, kind and compassionate! I love her approach to birth, motherhood and wellness. Courtney introduced me to babywearing which was so helpful in the early postpartum period and has continued to be a great source of bonding for us.
