Had dinner here last night, I had the Sicilian tenderloin which was outstanding!! Everyone was very friendly and all the food was excellent. Our server Lea was wonderful. Will definitely be back.
My husband had the traditional veal parmigiana, and I had the Sicilian veal. Neither one of us were disappointed, and we were quite full. We’ll definitely return.
We went to Mama’s 5 yrs. ago and the food was awful. We decided to give it another try this week. No change! We asked for olive oil for our bread and the waitress brought out oil not telling us it was cooking oil. We choked when we tasted it. Upon questioning her, we were told the restaurant doesn’t have any olive oil. Then why didn’t she tell us that up front? And what Italian restaurant doesn’t have olive oil?? Love this place... portions may be a little smaller than in the past but still enough to satisfy most and quality is still the best around.
Nice atmosphere, Great service, Awesome food. I was beyond satisfied. Being Sicilian Italian I really enjoyed being able to have spaghetti with my fish fry. The sauce was incredible tasted like it was home made and not canned. This place made me feel like being back at home in Philly.
We were lucky enough to be able to go to Mama's tonight. We weren't disappointed. Delicious food, large portions, great service. Had a nice conversation with the Hostess. Such a nice lady. Can't wait to go back. Thanks for a wonderful dinner.
