We’re allowing ourselves one takeout meal a week during the social isolation period, so today we ordered deep dish pizza and cheesecake from Mama’s- well worth waiting for. (They also have curbside service!)
Great food. HORRIBLE SERVICE. My boyfriend had spilled his drink... We went and told them 20 MINUTES later they come to clean it up... The table was all sticky.. Really really bad service.

Did not address a “policy” they have in person. Instead, an employer decided to write a sign in larger font and post it on the front door. Clearly, we could see what she was doing which made the experience uncomfortable and unsatisfying. Took our food and left. Their explanation as to why defiantly did not justify what their employee decided to do. Manger claimed she would let the owner know. However, I highly doubt she will let the owner know that one of their employees needs better customer service and common courtesy.
