business disaster-don't shop there we purchase a white furniture. when we unpacked the furniture at home it was different model and different color. we went back to store and the give us the right model but wrong color. when i asked why they are not giving what i purchased manager said that is in the container that they received from China. so i am not lucky toha ve what i purchased. disaster. pls dont shop there.
Mamas Mama Used Furniture has the best furniture at the absolute best prices!! They have a huge selection of good quality used furniture, please me you will think most of their stuff is brand new! This is a great place to go for a college student!
Customer Service is IMPORTANT I just had the most horrifying experience at Mama's Furniture. I had visited the store several times before today, however, today was my first purchase and to my surprise ALL PURCHASES AT MAMA'S ARE FINAL. I learned this because the owner treated me so bad, I wanted to return my purchase. When I expressed my desire to return the furniture, he pointed to a small sign that said all purchases were final. Quality Counts I purchased a single (twin size) mattress and box spring set from them. Great Price, best in town, but the quaility of the item has detoriated in less than a year's time. Even thought it was cheap it still should of help up better! Of course I could of bought a more expensive set but with limited income I took the bottom line.
