ATTN North Jersey Vegans: went to Mama's in Hackettstown, NJ for Father's Day dinner because my brother told me they had vegan options. Well they had an entire separate vegan menu!!!! I cannot recommend this place enough. Great food, service and the co-owner truly cared when helping me understand the vegan menu. Also, many desserts are from Vegan Treats Bakery! I can not recall a time where I've had anything below excellent service here. Mama's is my go to spot for lunch, for a dinner date, for great dessert! They truly put their all into making sure that not only is your food great, but that the time spent there is pleasant as well. They even have gluten free and vegan menus. Highly recommend eating here.

Since I went Gluten Free a few years ago, I have only eaten homemade meals because I was so concerned about cross contamination. Finally, I decided to give Mama's a try and I'm so glad I did. I ordered a plain pizza and a white w/ spinach & broccoli pizza. The plain wasn't as good as I had hoped but the white pizza was amazing!! Amazing GF menu. The bread was the best I ever had GF. Everyone loved the food. I would travel the 1:45 minutes to go back.
