Very rude staff. Due to COVID-19 a staff member should be at the front door explaining why you cannot go in. I totally understand. But when a staff member gets in your face, then realizes she was wrong. That’s the end. I’ve been going there for 5 years. They are short staffed, over booked and I will never go back
RecommendedDr. Gilbert is only Veterinarian I trust with my two dogs. They are always so well taken care of for their check-ups and for overnight boarding. The office staff is always super friendly and they know my dogs and I well.
