First of all, I just wanna say I love this place so much because everyone here is like family. We come here every day and hug the staff. Matt is from NY and we love him!!! Gennese too! ❤️ The coffee and croissants are to die for!
We went here for a perfect cortado every day of our trip. The service was good but a bit standoffish, until we went in on a Saturday when they do table service, and sat in Matt’s section. He was delightful, professional, and kind, and made our last day in Miami such a pleasant one.
I came here every single day in my Miami trip and Danielle was the best server I’ve ever had.
Thank you so much, we always have the best time here. Matt will always greet you with a big smile, Gennesi does a wonderful job managing this location. Everyone working here make this place a wonderful experience
