Food and service excellent!! And they even refilled my iced tea no charge!
I came to this UES location after my very positive experience in the UWS location and was extremely disappointed. Ordered the croissant waffle and it wasn't fresh at all, I'm talking cold and hard. Not even the butter knife got through it. I thought they made these fresh to order? My companion had the breakfast bowl that included roasted potatoes, which were obviously microwaved and sitting for a bit by the way their exterior was ridiculously hard to bite through.
