I had never been here before and I always walk by. I decided to take my mom here while she was visiting me. The service was horrible- we had never been there before so didn’t really know how it worked- nobody asked us if we needed help and when we finally figured it out the person taking our order was not friendly and didn’t even greet us with a hello or good morning. This is my go to place whenever I’m visiting/staying on the UES- delicious brunch yesterday and terrific coffee this am. Staff has always been impressive even when it’s very busy. I’m not sure if JAMES is the manager or just a fabulous part of the team but he gets 10 from me! Can’t wait to return
James is literally such a treat, made everything so amazing and so easy!!
Workers are slow had to wait a very long time and get a latte 😞
