The staff is so RUDE I asked for tomatoes on my sandwich which I was charged for. Once I left I had to return because I didn’t see tomatoes in the sandwhich and it was for a sick elderly person who really wanted them. It wasn’t fresh tomatoes but 2 tiny pieces of sun-dried tomatoes. I wasn’t even upset that they gave me the wrong thing. The staff member was so arrogant and obnoxious. We ordered lunch from this location today on Grubhub and there were multiple items missing from what we ordered. Grubhub called and was unable to reach you and when we called the number at this location ourselves no one answered and there is no way to leave a voicemail. Not sure what we can do now. Not a great first time delivery experience.
Was a good coffeehouse, quick service, but if you're not a regular customer, it's another retail establishment.
maman is my preferred coffee spot as a member of the Lexington Ave community. I am always greeted with a happy face and good vibes from the team. I want to give a special shout out to Anthony and Yeta who always get my order right and make a fantastic drink. Thank you for always being great :)
The food and coffee was very good! I visited today, Friday, July 11/2025 at 11:30 a.m., and unfortunately, the person at the counter was very unpleasant. He didn’t even say hello, and his attitude clearly showed that he hated being there. It left a bad first impression, especially since it was my first time visiting. I think this is something that really needs improvement, as this person is essentially the face that welcomes guests — and based on this experience, I’m not sure I would return.
