I love this place!
Very very disappointed with the service here. We live next door to this location and have done brunch and lunch here on several occasions. Pretty much every single time I come here, the person taking my order has been exceptionally rude to the point where it seems like they are going out of their way to appear rude. They are disinterested and cold and act like they are doing me a favor by listening to my order. I visited this café with my family and my husband, who relies on a psychiatric service dog. Despite signage stating “welcome service dogs,” the manager immediately said “no dogs.” I explained that the dog is my husband’s legitimate service dog, but the manager dismissed this, saying many people “pretend” their dogs are service animals and that he was tired of dealing with it.
