I have only ever had excellect service here. The servers remember me and my preferences within the first couple visits. The management/owners are visibly engaged and seem to treat staff well. The food is also excellent. I especially recommend the beer cheddar soup, tomato relish, the capellini, the garlic cheese bread, and the lemon cheesecake The prices are higher than some, but the quality is worth it and they have great deals on happy hour. I regularly recommend it to friends and have definitely converted some to fans. :)

Never have been to restaurant that would not allow you to use a gift card that I purchased earlier that day. One of the worst and most embarrassing experienced I ever had. Will not return. Also will be contacting Better Business Bureau. No where does it say you can't use a gift card after being purchased.
