Ordered goat and lamb from the recommended list. Tender goat with super flavorful rice. Lamb is slightly more mouthful than our liking and somewhat under-seasoned. Goat was perfectly cooked with generous portions. They added fruit and water to the take out. Good service. I would not be very comfortable on the locality after dark but then I am not local too. Spot can be easily missed when using google map since the entrance is on the side street.
Got a sports and the chicken suqaar and steak were both extremely lacking flavor and dry. Felt like we got ripped off. I’ve had Somali food before and didn’t have this experience. For $40+ for a sports, I thought we’d receive better. Never again.
They were all out of Goat Brains and rice. All they had left was banana and rice fusion. This wasn't terrible. The $18,000 wine was nasty. It was a LEARING experience.
