I came here with a group of fellow veterans while in town for a friend’s funeral, hoping to decompress after a tough day. Unfortunately, the experience was ruined by the downright disrespectful behavior of the staff. When I politely asked a security guard about the re-entry policy regarding ID scanning, I made a casual, lighthearted comment. The service is good and the staff is friendly! But for a bar that’s main attraction is a dance floor, they don’t play anything you can dance to. It’s all just bad club/trap/house remixes that no one dances to, and a DJ who has little interest in taking requests. This place has such awesome potential, but I have been on several occasions and the music seems to get worse and worse every time.
Cowboy bar? This place is about as cowboy as a fruitcake in a vanilla suit on a Tuesday night in New York City. If this is cowboy, I'm the Queen of England. Not saying it's bad but it's not what the name advertises.
They play very niche music, some of which is SoundCloud country or edm. Both again… niche. I personally amongst others would like well known classic country and pop songs. No one likes music they don’t know to dance to.
I really wish they could go back to the old pizza menu. They chose to use the bbq vendor and its horrible. Plus they changed their hours. We used to watch football here on Sundays, but they are closed Sunday, monday and Tuesday. Just not fun anymore. Their beer selection is still amazing though. And their pool tables as well. Just get rid of the bbq...
