Great Place – Mama Rao's is an excellent restaurant. Two years ago we had my great great aunt's 100th bday party there and it was terrific. This weekend past we just had my grandmother's 90th bday party. The food is absolutely terrific and the staff are wonderful. I dont mind going to Brooklyn if we're going to Mama Rao's!
A BIG THANK YOU TO MAMA RAO'S – I had my engagement party at Mama Rao's this past Saturday....first I would like to thank Sal and Christine for their time and their attention to detail. Great place!!! – we had our engagement party here in 2/08 and every one loved it.. my mom so much that she is now having my bridal shower there and i know we wont be disappointed! sal does a great job with every party and makes u feel like family. the food is great, service is wonderful and the atmosphere is awesome! definetly worth the trip!
A Great Big Thank You to the staff at Mama Rao's!!! – The team at Mama Rao's helped me plan my husband's surprise party of 50 people with less than 2 weeks notice! It was so much fun, everyone had a wonderful time. The food was perfect. I could not thank them enough. We will never go anywhere else for a family get together. Not that good of an experience. – My family and I had our daughters 1st birthday at Mama Raos. It was not a good experience. I don't think the kithcen was able to cater to a party of our size. we had 55 people there and all of our courses were served late. What should have been a 4 hour affair turned out be a 6 hour disaster. The main courses were served cold and we felt like we were rushed out of there when the food finaly arrived because they had to set up for another party. The best party we ever had!!!!!!!!!! – I am going to start off by saying - AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We had a party for my daughter's college graduation and it was truly a memorable experience. Communion Dinner – We had our son,s Michael's Communion party here and it was GREAT!!! The food was fantastic the service was incredible and the my guest all left totally impressed. Outstanding & Delish! – Oh my goodness!!!! Must try this place because you are guaranteed to go back! Mother's Day turned out great! My mom had a great time and felt like she was back in Italy! The food was excellent and the service was amazing. I truely felt at home. It may have been crowded, but the staff was on their game. loved it, loved it, loved it! Horrible Mothers Day Dinner – We came to Mama Rao's for mother's day and just want to say what a horrible experience it was. We have been coming there for a few years now and this was by far the worst. The prices were so outrageous for 11ave and the portions were so small, I walked out of Mama Rao's starving. My $20 penne vodka was a disgrace and my dads $39 steak was even worse. The food was thrown at us so fast, the mothers at the table didnt even get a chance to enjoy their day. Thanks for nothing.
