If I wanted burnt pizza I could’ve made my own on purpose. We ordered cause they usually have good pizza, I can tolerate an hour wait for delivery, but when it’s burnt upon delivery, that’s not acceptable. We won’t order there again.

never do reviews, but the bbq chicken pizza i bought was literally the worst pizza I've ever had. wasted 30 bucks since no one in my house will eat it because of how terrible it was. last experience with this place.
We ordered tonight and took almost two hours for our food and when it arrived it was cold. I was very disappointed. When I called after an hour and a half, I was told it was on the way (we live 10 min) and it took another 25 to get to my house.
This Place Is Awesome. Good Quality Food. The Hoagies Are To Die For Along With Other Food. This Is Not A Fast Food Business, So Please Be Patient. I Give This 5 Stars.
Order was placed at 7pm didn’t get it until 830 pm. Girl who answered didn’t get manager and hung up on husband. Very rude. Will not order again.
Place is a joke. Horrible customer service. Called about delivery and got hung up on. Asked to speak to a manager and girl on phone laughed and said there wasn’t one. Food sucks. Was told delivery was going to be 35 minutes. Ended up waiting 1hour 45 minutes for food to finally come. How do you explain this horrible service? Oh that’s right you won’t so we will never come back and will also blast how bad this joint is to everyone we speak to about pizzas places in Irwin. Have a great day.
