I ordered a specific pizza last week for delivery and the order was wrong!! Ordered again today and told the girl after being on hold for over 5 minutes I hung up and finally got through again and put back on hold I told her my order and told her that the order was wrong the last time she stated that she would make sure the order would be right, guess what last time I get a pizza fro MaMa MO's!!
They have the absolute best pizza around! My favorite is the bacon cheeseburger pizza! Yummy, yummy! �
Normally have no problem with your restaurant but I called in twice for a to go order and was put on hold the first time for almost 15 minutes and for 10 minutes the second time. Eventually just had to come in and get my dinner. And while waiting I sat and got to listen to the front counter workers holding personal conversation. Normally I am a very understanding person but this irked me to a whole new level. Pizza was still good though.
My order was incorrect and pizzas delivered at room temperature. This isn’t the first time this has happened. I called to have them make it right and I was left on hold. I Facebook messaged them and never got a reply. Will not return for sure.
My husband and I love eating here and have been coming for years. The thin crust pizza is wonderful. Would highly recommend eating here. Service is great too. Love Rachel and Heather.
