Food was good as usual. We did not get all the food we ordered. There was about seven minutes between the dinners hitting the table. Horrible service. Waitress offered refill on drink after done eating. My drink was empty before my meal arrived.
Pretty disaapointed with this place again. I seriously think whoever takes phone orders never does there job right. I enjoyed my dinner when we ate in so we decided to order pick up and delivery twice. The first time we ordered an extra large pepperoni pizza, I could not have been more clear and simple. we had a fabulous dinner delivered to us last night. the pork gyro and lasagna. really really good. the girl on the phone was a sweetheart... was delivered fast. loved it.
Worst service ever! Tried more than once to be able to love this place because the food is really good, but can not get past the service. After tonight I will never ever return. Waitress disappeared while we were eating and 20 minutes after we were done I finally asked another waitress if we could please get our check so we could get going. The food was awesome service was outstanding 5 Star place.
I called for a delivery asked if they had Lasagna. The girl said i do not know put me on hold and then rudely hung up on me. This happened three times. I guess they do not need any business so I just called Giuseppe,s Steel City Pizza. Mark my word I will NEVER call Mamma Mia's Again!!!!!!!!!!!
Food is great but the service and delivery is AWFUL.
This place is awesome! Outstanding garlic bread and pizza! Service was great and the cook allowed my Godson to make is own pizza! I will be back to this establishment and refer to others!
