I am told Mama Linda's is now permanently closed. Originally this was to have been for the Summer. Sad. They were originally planning to expand and try for a liquor license and more seating. I will miss the Texas sized portions of lasagna and her Italian wedding soup. Ditto for lemon cake! Was eagerly awaiting her return! The real stars at this establishment were go to select staff. The service was good enough, the atmosphere wasn't bad, but wasnt great, and the food portions were large for the price 12-20$. Unfortunately, the food was just very disappointing. I went with my wife and her friend, and each of our dishes the sauce was very watery, and lacking flavor. Additionally, everything just was too oily. I couldn't help thinking to myself that I could make a much better Italian dish for dinner myself for less money, and I am no chef.
