Spaghetti and pizza
Kind of pricey for the quality food. The pizza is good. The ambiance is also nice.
Chicken Marsala was delicious, and the servers were excellent! Even with a two year old under foot.
Food is excellent. Their salad was good, more than just a cucumber and tomato. Nice portion sizes. They give you garlic bread with your meal. Everything tastes great. Best veal I have had and I go out to eat a lot. They have 2 for 1 happy hours, Someone playing the piano. Recommend it highly.

This restaurant experience was the worst! The owner has a no service attitude! I'm sure his motto is the customer is never right! Oh and make sure you do not bring your children here even if well behaved because he clearly does not like them! In my 34 years of living in beautiful Sarasota I have never had such a bad restaurant experience!
The atmosphere was mellow, the restaurant was not packed. I had the filet mignon which was excellent. The meal portion was good, the salad and bread were both fresh. Full bar and good wine selection was nice, and the prices were fair. Not a bad dining experience. I will return for another meal sometime.
We spend the winters in Sarasota and one of our favorite restaurants is Mama Leone's. The decor is lovely and the wait staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They give you great complimentary bruchetta with your cocktails. We always order various things from the menu, and haven't ever been disappointed. You should give it a try...I don't think you will be disappointed.
