I have loved Mamma Inez since I first moved to Pocatello 18 years ago, and have never had a bad experience until tonight, I puller up to the drive thru to order as I have a thousand timea before, tried to order my usual only to have Riley rudely argue with me telling me that i couldnt order a Chicken Monterey with Pork even though I have a million times before and it says its available right on the menu board.... then when I called in to complain Courtney the manager her attitude was totally flippid to the point she laughed.... read more
