I've haven't been disappointed with this place. Pho is delicious, I've had spring rolls and egg rolls both were great.
This place just reopened under new management as Mama Hong's. The food was good and the decor is nice. Best of all the wait staff is really trying.
It was just so-so. Would i go again? Maybe . . . probably not. I ate my pho on a rainy day, as is my custom. I was really excited for it too. Not only did i pass up a Ramen house, but another Pho restaurant. I thought since this was on Harbor it would be the superior of the two. I found that my soup was just bland, and that the experience left me wanting something more.
