The egg rolls are delicious. But, this is the second time we've been served cold food. They are shady with the sauce.
Plenty of good food even brought some home will definitely go back
I waited one hour for my food. The staff were untrained and disorganized. They could not match the order with the correct tickets. Many dissatisfied customers when I went. Many orders were wrong and complaints of cold food iif you received any food at all. I asked for a refund along with many other customers. This was my second attempt to this restaurant. I will not be back. My rating is 0 stars.
We had a terrible experience with this location! Food was almost two hours delivery time after a guarantee of 45minutes, it arrived cold and incomplete and the manager was not even apologetic. They are not ready to be in business here!
An absolute disappointment, but I'm not surprised. When I spoke to the manager she made excuse after excuse, but never accepted responsibity for their landry list of mistakes on my order. There is no customer service at this restaurant and that poor delivery driver (female) is clueless. Do not eat here.
Love the vermicelli and the spring rolls. Also like all the options to make your dish the way you want it.
I was very disappoint about the food from mama Fu's , we order the fried rice , two different one both of them soaking in the soy sauce the rice is not done and had to wait 40 min for the order. I really don't think this location is ready to open, workers is not train , manager has no idea what to do, personally I think they shouldn't be working in Chinese restaurant because they don't have no idea what the Chinese food taste like how to prepare, so sad what they did with the food and sale it to people with no shame.
