Took 45 minutes to bring me my order and they brought out my son's food 25 minutes prior to my order so he had finished eating way before my food even arrived. This was on a Wednesday night...not a busy Friday or Saturday night. Crazy!
I have been to those place 4 times. Everytime it has taken 45 minutes to anew hour to get my food. Tonight the manager on duty just made excuses about how it's rough right now with being a new place. Loved Mama Fu's in Austin. Very disappointed in the Bastrop location.
After days of trying to get into Mama Fu's, it was a let down. Had a late lunch, it was crowded but able to find a seat. The fried calamari was okay, maybe less cook time. My entree of chicken lo mein, a good portion of the noodles were clumps together and mushy. Days before, a friend & her son were able to make it in for lunch. Their fried rice was mushy.

The food is as delicious here in the new Bastrop location as in the Austin locations! So glad to get some good food in Bastrop!
