Great food (got to try the pink sauce!). Best customer service/staff ever. If you don't want to wait at all get there early.�
Just landed after a 5 hour flight and this was our first stop.. best food and service!!! We always come here when we visit Cali.. wish we had one in NJ!

On March 29th I had to make an unfortunate trip to Newport Beach because my daughter got killed by a drunk driver in Huntington Beach. While dealing with the situation at a friends house in Newport, we ordered dinner from Mama D’s. During the time my friends were waiting for our food to be finished, my friend was talking to someone and it was mentioned that the food was for one of the families that had lost a child that morning in the Huntington Beach DUI accident. Excellent food and customer Service! Alaina was our server, very attentive for our first visit making sure we had a wonderful experience. Reagan was our host, met us at the door, with a big ole smile. Greeted us warmly. Always wondered why there is a line waiting to get in. Now I get it! Totally worth it. Also, Mgr. Spencer stopped by our table! Just a great person!
I was there for the first time and their service is great. I had the lasagna with their homemade pink sauce. Absolutely delicious. 😋 Definitely going back again.
This was the BEST Italian food we have had since Italy! The service was excellent! We just loved Jim and Keith! Jim even walked us out to our car and opened my door!
Best Italian Food I have ever had! Hands down the best service EVER! I live in Colorado wish Mama D’s was here!
