This hospital changed my life. It's strict, lots of rules There's full program that keeps you busy 11 hours a day. After 28 days I have no desire to use drugs or drink. I'm finally free of it. I highly recommend this place. I had access to psychiatrist who was fantastic. You get to do a kind of yoga and meditate every morning. I've learned patience and I've learned yo tough it out. Life by comparison doesn't feel so hard. If you want to get clean and stay clean, give them a call or fill out the form on their website.
Malvern made me a new man. I got back my old good self, my family. And also realised life is too short and we can still enjoy this brief time sober. Wake up and look around.
I completed a 28 day program after my life unravelled due to alcoholism. At MPH, the therapeutic approach to recovery combined with a rigid, purposeful 12 step program was exactly what I needed. Although I did lapse after completing the 28 days, I was welcomed back warmly to complete a further 14 days. The staff, program and aftercare is exceptional and I can honestly say saved my life. Today I’m clean and sober - living my best life.
I was turned away when in need of help. My life was at stake and they did not communicate other options of help. Wasting my mums time when she could have spent time elsewhere trying to get me help. Which I found myself through sheer perseverance and luck
