Been touring around places for a while now and nothing has stood out to me until Malvern. The community is gorgeous and the apartments are cozy. Jess was a great tour guide through it all and really helped me to envision what home would look like at Malvern. Beautiful property!
Lived here since 2021 and I used to really love it. They changed some of the staff that really cared about residents for staff that no longer cares about the residents, but to fill apartments at the highest price. The maintenance crew is still great, but not much more. I wouldn’t recommend until the change some office staff
We lived at Malvern Manor for over two years and loved it! The staff is wonderful and very responsive to any requests we had. Lots of nice residents, a good gym, and the pool is lovely. It’s a great place to live. We will miss it terribly.
