We lived at Malvern Manor for over two years and loved it! The staff is wonderful and very responsive to any requests we had. Lots of nice residents, a good gym, and the pool is lovely. It’s a great place to live. We will miss it terribly.
Great location and excellent maintenance. Buildings are old, but are being renovated during 2024-2025. Meanwhile maintenance crew are top-notch. Walk to Carytown restaurants and shops, four different grocery stores, library, post office, pharmacy, etc. Pool and a rather good gym all included in rent.
Don’t move here! The floors are thin, its cockroach infested (despite having pest control) and the company only cares about manicuring the lawns obsessively. I lived here for 13 months and then if I wanted to renew my lease, Malvern Manor wanted over $400 more per a month to renew for another 13 months. What a joke. Oh and the pool is dirty and full of non residents on the weekend. The office agents do absolutely nothing to help.
